Build strong informal authority that inspires team members to consistently volunteer their best efforts to the project under any conditions.
Create shared expectations with key stakeholders, identify and plan clear deliverables and risk strategies, adapt to change with flexibility, and close projects with success.	Be able to positively influence others and proactively engage them to drive a clear project scope, model openness and agility to change, and ensure the project finishes under any conditions.
