With more than a decade of experience and a specialist in leadership development, Marlinie has worked with many large blue chip organisations assisting them to achieve results that require a change in human behaviour.

Beliefs

She believes that great leaders lead their organisation through unleashing the latent talent of their people, clarifying purpose, aligning systems and inspiring trust – key characteristics that create an endearing influence on the organisation’s culture, people engagement and ultimately on business results.
